Meet the Team
Lynn Smith

Danielle Walton
With a career built on curiosity, collaboration, and a healthy dose of “let’s figure this out,” Danielle brings a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to every challenge she takes on. She has led teams, launched initiatives, solved problems that didn’t come with instructions—and learned a lot along the way. That mindset led her to start Adept Marketing in 2008, a digital growth agency built on the belief that clients’ success is the company’s success. Adept took a different approach: results-driven, ROI-focused, and deeply invested in its clients’ businesses. Over time, the agency grew into one of the fastest-growing digital marketing firms in the country, landing on the Inc. 5000 list four years in a row. During that period, she also founded a SaaS-based digital agency reporting product, and eventually sold Adept to a larger PE-backed technology firm.m.
